Multidimensional Service

With over 400 years of combined industry experience, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service that is efficient and receptive to your needs. As a client of The Jacobs Co. you will be assigned a team of professionals to manage your account.

Your Broker is your direct in-person contact. We don't sell you a policy, then abandon you to an 800-number that's answered who-knows-where. Your Broker will meet with you regularly to review account activity and our service program.

Your Account Manager (AM) works alongside your Broker to ensure that we deliver the best possible service. Your AM will answer coverage questions and will handle the day-to-day servicing of your policy including changes to payroll or sales estimates, and vehicle or property changes.

Your Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports your Account Manager to provide multi-dimensional customer service. The CSR will also answer your questions and promptly handle daily account operations such as the issuance of Certificates of Insurance and FR-19 requests.

Finally, we recognize that any insurance claim can be both stressful and time-consuming. That's why your service team includes an in-house Claims Adjuster (CA) to handle claims on your behalf. Your CA communicates directly with the insurer on your behalf from the initiation of the claim to its prompt and fair resolution with minimal time or effort required of you.
